I’m coming from the US and I plan to buy a vacation property in the London area. Is it possible fo a US citizen to buy property in the UK?
What area of London is a good place to live thats not to pricey and near everything?

Yes, you can buy property if you have lots and lots of money. But when you look at the prices, you won’t want to any more. London is one of the most expensive places in the world to buy property.

Yes foreigners can buy in London. Most of the price rises are due to foreigners buying property – Saudis, French, Russian, Chinese, etc. There is no part of London that is good to live that is not pricey and near everything. If you want to live somewhere nice and convenient you are going to pay through the nose for it. Even dodgey areas aren’t cheap in London.
IF they can afford it! And for the record, EVERYWHERE’S pricey in and around London nowadays, I’m afraid! Peace and love! Be lucky!
