Before I sent back the rental lens, I went quickly about the home to photograph everything in place. I’ve heard this is helpful to prove for insurance claims and I figured that it would be nice to have some sort of a record of all the masses of "stuff" I have at this point in my life.

I collect cobalt glass and these are "extra" pieces set on top of the shelving I use for small pieces in my rock collection. To the left you’ll also see a few of my "Nightmare Before Christmas" dolls, including Zero. This was shot available light, handheld with an 85mm L f/1.2 lens on my Canon 5D Mark II.
