@bluloversclub i normally wait around 10-15min and apply poshe fast drying top coat then it dries after 5min. you can get dotting tools on ebay. i have a videos on all the tools i use for my nail art.

I just did this yesterday right after watching it! It’s pretty easy and I was able to do my left hand too without really messing up! It didn’t look as good as yours but I got so many compliments on it! thanks for this awesome tutorial!! i think I will be wearing it a lot now!
