Not only do you reduce your payment, you get f;;;ed with a 12% loan on a house you tendered full payment though the “note” the first time. This is crap, the bank has sold the note! Ask them to prove they are the “holder in due course! ” Have them produce the “original” NOTE NOT A COPY they can’t do it! Win in court! The Note is the same as a check! it payed for your house and you didn’t know it!

guys, seriously DONT try this. i had a flat mole and i tried to remove it by cutting it and also by using mole removing creams and it DOES NOT work. his only worked because it was a skin tag and you cant really re grow a skin tag again.. surgery is the only answer for moles :/

Perhaps you could have put a red-hot screw driver on it, and burnt it off completely, removal and cauterising in one go.
@HardcoreOscar all I did was I squished it with my fingers until it got thinner then I pinched it at the top closest to my skin…if you have nails then it is easier for the mole skin to break. It took me about 15 minutes in all I think. It may bleed and you will need something for that or someone to help you get all of it if its in a place that you visually can’t see.

you can use acid to burn and dry off moles, its a slow process but works. or go to europe, health care is free, we dont let people die in the streets.
