I don’t know what you were rambling about…but I’m Swedish and very happy with my life and my government and my health insurance and everything.
And I think of any nationality, I, a Swede, complain the most. My friends complain a lot, and my family does…We complain just about as much as any other nationality.
What is there for me to argue about? Have you ever been to Sweden, or lived here for longer than a month? Look at it from our perspective before you go off on any tirade.

no, it’s about timing. A person lives a while so that’s a long time for money to go IN that would be used for that person, and so the sequence continues. By the time that one person is dead, lots of people have contributed a very small % to what $250,000 would be (not adjusting for inflation) while that person contributes also (while alive) to those who will die later (and so it adds up).
everyone foots the bill, properly, which is better than the alternative. Unless of course you like to see others suffer for your benefit, in which case, stick to the system that is in place.
We are also taught deflation is bad. It’s a lie. Deflation is a sign of prosperity & efficiency: less work to get what you need/want because we have more, work better/faster/smarter, are more. I have to conclude a capitalistic society can not accept universal care for health or life insurance. I also accept that a capitalistic economy is bad for society.
