Looking to spend approx 285k and live close to a station – 2 bed conversion flat with outside space would be ideal

I’ve found the perfect 2 bedroom flat for you; it’s really big and would be a really short commute – have a look!
(and only £280k!)

I looked at a few and this was the only one that had a garden – sounds like most people in this area would prefer to have private parking.
